The scandal involving Audrey Davis, daughter of Indonesian musician David Naif, has once again drawn public attention after police revealed new findings regarding her ex-boyfriend, identified as AP (27). During the arrest, authorities discovered five explicit videos made by Audrey Davis and her ex-boyfriend.
Jakarta Metro Police spokesperson, Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi, stated that the creation of these videos had been repeated several times by the suspect, AP. “Approximately five videos have been found by investigators,” said Kombes Pol Ade Ary on Monday, August 12, 2024.
During a search at AP’s residence in Cilangkap, Cipayung, East Jakarta, the police found that the videos had not yet been edited like the ones circulating publicly. The recordings were made at AP’s house and featured Audrey Davis as the main subject.
Previously, AP was arrested by the police after his identity as the male actor in the video was confirmed. Initially, AP denied his involvement but eventually admitted his role after further investigation. Additionally, AP was revealed to be the one who recorded and distributed the explicit videos.
The motive behind the video's distribution was revealed to be AP’s desire for revenge after being broken up by Audrey. He intended to humiliate Audrey by spreading the videos.
Jakarta Metro Police’s Director of Special Crimes, Kombes Pol Ade Safri Simanjuntak, confirmed that AP has been officially named as a suspect and is currently detained at the Jakarta Metro Police Detention Center. The suspect is charged under several articles, including Article 27 paragraph (1) juncto Article 45 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law, and Article 4 paragraph (1) juncto Article 29 and/or Article 7 juncto Article 33 of the Pornography Law.
This case has gone viral as download links for the video have been spread across various platforms like Twitter, Doodstream, and other sites, drawing massive public attention and becoming a trending topic on social media.
